All items will carry a 28 days return policy.
Any Large items (body Kits, Bumpers or any other Car Body Panels) can be return if Customer Change their mind / unwanted with in 28days. The return shipping will be at Buyers cost and the First initial shipping cost that send the item to customer will not be refunded.

If the item arrive damage all customer(s) has 24 hours to notify us as that is the time span the shipping company give us to report any damages on arrival of any item.
Failing to report damage to us after 24 Hours of delivery can result in parts not being replace or a refund on return of Item.
(If we cannot Claim for the damage with shipping company we cannot replace even with insurance.)
All items return must be in the SAME CONDITION as it was send out (unused and under its original packaging). All packaging, documentation, invoice, packing slip, warranty cards, instructions and hardware must also be returned.

Any partial refund without item returning or exchanging it will need to be agreed between customer and EPRacing Ltd in terms of case by case.
A partual refund can only be given towards a percentage/rough cost of the repair of the item. This cost will only be look at in terms of the damage / fault of the item in case by case basis, a refund cannot be given over 50% of the value of the item. exceed the percentage a return of the item will be requested for either exchange or full refund in return of the item purchase.
EPRacing ltd will not pay or refund to any third party personnel or other Company other than the initial purchase invoice customer.
EPRacing Ltd will not pay to any Bodyshop, paintwork shop, Garages or any businesses where customer vehicle is being carried out, any partial refund with out returning the item will only be refunded to purchase customer directly we have on record.
Any partial refund will not including shipping cost.

If any item being returned that is incomplete or show any sign of used (unless is a used part sold) that is different to when it was dispatched, we have the right NOT to exchange / refund the cost of the item in full due to the item is either Not return in the same condition as when it was dispatched, Further damaged than we was told (if arrive damaged) , installed or used (if new item), modified or painted from its original state (New item / Body Panels) or item is not return complete with all paperwork or original manufacturing box is damage.
Basically if we cannot resell the return item as new or near new, then refund may not be paid in full.

If item on listing is sold as Not returnable / non refundable it is customers responsibility to make sure they read the description of the listing clearly as once the item is purchase and dispatched the item is no longer returnable / refundable due to the reason will be descripted in the listing. The 28 days return policy will not be accepted.
