Shipping policy
EPRacing appoints different shipping courier service that provides fast and efficient delivery service to our Customers.
Item usually dispatches within a few working days but is dependent on stock and availability.
All items can be sent through out UK mainland, Wales and Mainland Scotland.
Remote Areas in UK such as Chanel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands will carry an extra shipping surcharge.
International orders are subject to weight and destination charges, please contact us and check for further information before you place an order, as Shipping charges changes constantly by the shipping company.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is checked when the item arrived. If there are signs of Damage on the Box or packaging customer can reject the item or sign the item as box damage as this will enable the Courier to gives 12 hours window to report any damage and we would strictly expect the customer to check the item and report back to us as soon as possible.
Failing to do so will result in parts not being replaced or a refund.
International Shipping
Due to the extensive cost of international shipping. Item is purchase at customer's risk, any problems or issues for the return of the item(s) it is at the own cost of customers. EPRacing Ltd will not be held responsible for the return of any international item that is purchase / sent out.
