Sales Terms and Conditions

Its important all customers reads and understand all terms and condition of EPRacing.

Any items purchased from EPRacing means customers have agreed to all sales terms & condition listed below.


General condition:

Some products may damage your car engine if incorrectly fitted, if you don't know about the item you are buying and if you don't know if it’s going to be right for your car, you should research the item through the manufacturer prior to making your purchase or email to our staff for more information before you buying. All products selling in EPRacing are for off road use only.


Placing an Order:

Once your order been placed, payment must be made with in 3 business days, please allow Five working days for clearing personal cheque, Pre-orders on body kits, 50% deposit must be made at the time of the order. This deposit is non refundable, if cancellation of order is made afer the item has been ordered.


Payment options:

We accept the following payment methods: All major Credit Cards (except American Express), Personal cheque**, banker’s Draft, Postal Order**, Internet banking transfer**, cash by post***, cash on delivery and Paypal. All the price is include VAT and all import duty tax unless it state.


Delivery:

We have our own appointed courier service that provides fast and efficient delivery service to our Customers. For general small / medium size items are charged between £10.00 - £15.00 delivery on main land UK and part of Scotland. £15-£20 for one piece of body styling kits depending on size and £40 - £50 for a full set of body kits depending on size.

Return & Exchange policy:

Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed within 7 (seven) Working days from receipt of the item. All items return must be in the same condition as it was send out (unused and its under original packaging). All packaging, documentation, invoice, packing slip, warrant cards, instructions and hardware must also be retuned.

Item will NOT be refunded or exchange if there shows signs of having been installed, modified, painted or not return to us complete.


Customer guarantee:

All of our products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. EPRacing will not accept returns of merchandise that were damaged, modified, painted, installed or used.

Bodykits:

Due to the nature of the fibreglass components customer understands that all aero-parts may need modifications for correct fitment and require some preparation work before painting. A body shop is highly recommended.

All items sold from EPRacing has a return policy of 28 days after purchase, there after return or refund will not be permitted.

Shipping Limits:

All items can be send through out UK mainland, Scotland and N.Ireland. International orders are subject to weight and destination charges, please contact us and check for further information before you place an order.


Freight Damaged & Insurance Claims:

Parcel must be checked carefully for damages before signing for package. Even if the package is in good condition open it immediately and check for hidden damages.
If the item was not checked during delivery and are signed for as received in good condition, but later found the item was damaged your insurance claim will not be valid and EPRacing will not take any responsibility or claims.
